AmplifX ("we", "us", "our") operates the amplifx.io website and the AmplifX platform. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
X (Twitter) Data: When you connect your X account via OAuth, we receive your public profile information (username, display name, user ID). We do not access your direct messages.
Campaign Data: Posts made using campaign hashtags, including post content, engagement metrics (likes, reposts, replies), and timestamps.
Payment Information: Wallet addresses and transaction hashes for cryptocurrency payments. We do not store credit card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the AmplifX platform
To score and rank campaign posts using our AI scoring system
To display leaderboards and campaign results
To post leaderboard updates on your behalf (free tier, with your authorization via OAuth)
To send you notifications about your account and campaigns
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To communicate with you about product updates and new features

3. Posting on Your Behalf

If you are on the Free plan and have connected your X account, we will post a daily leaderboard update from your account that includes AmplifX branding. This is clearly disclosed before you connect your account. Pro and Agency plans do not include automatic posting.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN), for infrastructure purposes only.
Public leaderboards: Your X handle and scores are displayed on campaign leaderboards, which may be publicly accessible.
Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Campaign data (posts, scores) is retained for the duration of the campaign plus 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage for OAuth tokens and secure HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access, update, or delete your personal information
Disconnect your X account at any time
Opt out of marketing communications
Request a copy of your data

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "last updated" date.
