These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AmplifX platform and website at amplifx.io ("Service") operated by AmplifX ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

2. Service Description

AmplifX provides a platform for creating and managing AI-scored community campaigns on X (Twitter). Features include campaign creation, AI-powered post scoring, real-time leaderboards, and analytics.

3. Free Plan Terms

The Free plan includes the following conditions:

All campaign participants must include @AmplifX in their posts for them to be scored
A daily leaderboard update will be posted from your connected X account, including AmplifX branding and a call-to-action
By connecting your X account on the Free plan, you authorize AmplifX to post on your behalf as described above
You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time to remove these requirements

4. Paid Plans

Pro ($49/month): 5 campaigns, unlimited scoring, full breakdown, custom branding, up to 1,000 participants
Business ($249/month): Unlimited campaigns, API access, white-label, custom scoring weights, unlimited participants

Paid plans are billed monthly via cryptocurrency (USDC on Base preferred). Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. AI Scoring

Our AI scoring system evaluates posts across sentiment, effort, originality, and engagement dimensions. Scores are generated algorithmically and may not be perfect. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or rankings. Scores are final and not subject to appeal, though we continuously improve our scoring models.

6. X (Twitter) Integration

By connecting your X account:

You authorize us to read your public posts and profile information
On the Free plan, you authorize us to post leaderboard updates on your behalf
You may disconnect your X account at any time through your dashboard
We comply with X's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to artificially inflate scores
Create fake accounts or impersonate others
Attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The AmplifX platform, including its design, code, AI scoring system, and branding, is owned by AmplifX. "Community Impact Score™" and "AmplifX" are trademarks of AmplifX. Your campaign content remains yours – we do not claim ownership of posts made by campaign participants.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Specific engagement, reach, or growth outcomes
Accuracy of AI scoring in all cases
Compatibility with future changes to the X platform

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmplifX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Cryptocurrency Payments

Payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT, or ETH). You are responsible for:

Sending the exact amount specified during checkout
Sending to the correct wallet address on the correct network
Any gas fees or transaction costs

We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on incorrect networks. Payments are verified manually and account activation may take up to 24 hours.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Campaign data may be retained for 12 months for analytical purposes.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
